Would you like to reduce paper and do something positive for the environment?  If so, you may want to consider signing up to receive your Oklahoma College Savings Plan account statements, disclosure and privacy policy materials electronically.  Below you will find frequently asked questions to help you decide if e-Delivery is right for you.

SIGN UP FOR e-DELIVERY AND ENTER TO WIN!
"Go Paperless" by signing up for FREE electronic delivery of your Oklahoma College Savings Plan quarterly statements and/or disclosure materials. Sign up for e-Delivery of your Oklahoma College Savings Plan quarterly statements and/or disclosure material between July 1, 2010 and July 31, 2010 and you will be entered for a chance to win a $1,000, $750, $500 or $250 Visa gift card. How do I sign up for e-Delivery?
If you’d like to enroll to receive your account statements and/or disclosure and privacy materials online, click here, log into your account, and click on "Change Account Statement Delivery".

What is the difference between electronically delivered statements, disclosure and privacy policy materials and mailed statements, disclosure and privacy policy materials?
Electronically delivered statements, disclosure and privacy policy material are emailed in Portable Document Format (PDF) and are identical to the paper versions you’ve been receiving.
 
Do I need special hardware or software to view electronic documents?
You will need an Internet connection, along with a computer and operating system capable of receiving, accessing and displaying and either printing or storing the electronic documents received, and running a browser that supports the level of encryption employed by the Plan's website. Currently, your electronic account statements, disclosure and privacy materials will be delivered in the Portable Document Format (PDF). You must have Adobe Reader to access PDF files. You can learn more and download Adobe Reader directly from Adobe's web site, www.adobe.com.

Is there any cost for e-Delivery of my account statements, disclosure and privacy materials?
There is no charge for accepting delivery of your account statements, disclosure and privacy materials online. The only costs you may incur are those that may be associated with the time you spend online to view your statements or the costs associated with printing your statements.
 
What if my email address changes?
You can change your email address at any time by accessing your Oklahoma College Savings Plan savings account online and selecting "Add/Update E-Mail Address" or by contacting a customer service representative at 1-877-654-7284.

How do I withdraw my consent to electronic delivery?
Your consent to electronic delivery of Plan documents is valid unless and until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your delivery preference by accessing your account online or by contacting a customer service representative at 1-877-654-7284. Your consent or withdrawal of consent must be received by the end of the calendar quarter 4 p.m. Eastern Time.

When will my account statement be available for viewing?
Account statements are typically available online 5 business days after the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, and December).
 
How will I know when my account statement is ready for viewing?
You will receive an automatic email notice when your account statement is available for viewing online.  Therefore, it is important that you keep your email address updated.

How will I know when the Plan has updated disclosure or privacy materials?
You will receive an automatic email notice when there is an update to one or both of these documents instructing you how to view these documents online.  Therefore, it is important that you keep your email address updated.

How do I view my account statement?
The email notice you receive when an account statement becomes available will provide you with a link. Click on the link and enter your user name and password. If you experience a problem with the link, you can also copy and paste the URL (link) into the address line of your browser, then hit Enter.

How do I view the disclosure booklet and privacy materials?
You will receive an automatic email notice when there is an update to the Disclosure Booklet & Participation Agreement and/or the Disclosure Privacy Statement that will provide a link to the document(s) that have been updated.  Click on the link within the email notice which will take you directly to the document on our website.  If you experience a problem with the link, you can copy and paste the URL (link) into the address line of your browser, then hit Enter.  Both the Disclosure Booklet & Participation Agreement and the Disclosure Privacy Statements are always available for viewing on our website.

Can I print electronic documents?
You will have the ability to save and/or print any account statement, disclosure and privacy materials that you view in order to keep them for your records.
 
For how long will my account statements be available for viewing online?
Each account statement will be viewable for 24 months after it is first made available. You can view, save and/or print an account statement anytime during this period. Because your ability to view, save and/or print your account statements depends on Internet access to the Plan’s website, there is the risk that a system outage could from time to time cause an account statement to become temporarily unavailable. 
  
May I request a print copy of an account statement even if I have consented to electronic delivery?
Once you have signed up for electronic delivery of your account statements, you will no longer automatically receive print copies of your statements through the mail. However, both the Disclosure Booklet & Participation Agreement and the Disclosure Privacy Statements are always available for viewing on our website or if you need to request a print copy, you can do so by accessing your  account online and selecting "Order a Statement for this Account" or by contacting a customer service representative at 1-877-654-7284.

May I request print copies of disclosure and privacy materials even if I have consented to electronic delivery?
Once you have signed up for electronic delivery of disclosure and privacy materials, you will no longer automatically receive print copies of these materials through the mail. However, if you need to request a print copy, you can do so by contacting a customer service representative at 1-877-654-7284.
